Geffen Hatter is a salesman that obtains his products with rare manufacturers. Every week he will see if he can get anything new for you. Every monday, precisely.
He is located at geffen, near the tower. He always sells 2 hats per week, which is ramdomly picked every monday among a vast list of incredible looking headgears. The chance you might see a specific headgear for sale again is rare, might take months, so rush to get yours.

Imo, Seal Hat is too overpriced. It's 49m, even with Discount from Merchant it's like 37,240,000. Maybe you can lower it a little bit? Or is this one of the Zeny Sink that you are planning?

Good idea Adhelle, i'd buy if I had the raw zeny, lol  Only problem I see with this is - in the future if you decide to implement any of these hats into some other quest/etc to get them, people might start complaining. "Nyah nyah nyah, I paid xx zeny for this, now you can get it in a quest???"  |

 of course they sunk zeny into it so they would not have to do the quest and / or they could claim to have had the hat first before a quest for it came out.

True I can see the price come down a bit. Just a little, but this is suppose to be bait for the richest players to Buy and loose some zenny out of the server.
I could see 25m with out discount...
